August Scrapbooking Workshop

Workshops will be held Wednesday, July 29 from 9:30 a.m. to noon, Thursday, July 30 from 7-9 p.m. and Saturday, August 1 from noon to 2 p.m. Cost of workshop is $35. July Scrapbook Workshop

Our July Workshop features the fun new Tinkerin' Papers, Stickease, Badge Buttons and Summer Carnival Brads. You'll receive your own personal supply of each of these including a full color brochure to help you assemble these adorable layouts. I personally changed the bonus layouts to more closely match my needs (for example, check out my daughter's homecoming pictures!!) That's the fun part of these workshops--it's easy and even encouraged to make the layouts your own!!
Dates of the workshop will be Saturday, June 27th from noon-2 pm., Wednesday, July 8th from 9:30-noon and Thursday, July 9th from 7-9 p.m.
For the main layout we'll be assembling, you'll need pictures in these sizes:
(5) 3 1/2" x5" or a combination (for example, on my left layout, I chose to use a 5x7 vertical instead of (2) 3 1/2" x 5" photos.)
Cost is $35 (covers the $30 in supplies and $5 shipping and tax). You'll need to bring your adhesive, paper trimmers and piercers, scissors. Please call me at (801)942-3645 or email me to reserve your spot.

July Stamp of the Month

I created this card using the July Stamp of the Month You've Got Flair. I used Tulip, Dutch Blue and Garden Green Markers to color the designs and Cocoa Ink to Random Stamp the images. I also used 3-D foam squares to give the image some dimension. If you'd like your own stamp set, you can purchase it at $22.95 or receive it at a discount depending on your purchase. You can also receive it for FREE with a $100 purchase.

July Card Class

These are the cards we'll be making at the July card workshop! We're using the beautiful Bella papers and the stamp set from the past Tickled Pink promotion. Cards were designed (by me, Yay!! with the exception of one by the wonderful Judy Malouff) from the new card patterns in the Wishes card book. Cost of the workshop is $20 where we'll make 2 of each pattern OR you can choose to make just one of each for $10. Please call me at (801)942-3645 if you'd like to come.

June Scrapbooking Workshop

This month we're using the adorable Animal Cookies paper packet. For this workshop, you'll receive the paper packet, a package of coordinating stickease, a package of our new foam numbers, summer craft buttons, a color brochure and some ricrac. The cost of this workshop is $35.00 (basically $30.00 in product and $5.00 to cover cost of tax and shipping). You'll have the opportunity to go home with 3 2-page layouts and more paper and embellishments to complete some adorable cards.
Dates for the workshop will be Wednesday, June 3 from 9:30-noon and Saturday, June 6 from noon to 2 p.m.

Card Workshop

This month's card workshop focuses on masculine cards and new designs from our newest how-to book Wishes. You'll have your choice of sentiments (thank you, birthday, thinking of you, etc.) Cost of workshop is $20 for 10 cards (2 of each design) or $10 for 5 (one of each). Please bring your adhesive and scissors. New Calendar Workshop

I am so excited about this new workshop! I designed it following some of the new card ideas in Close To My Heart's newest how-to card book called Wishes. I'm offering this new workshop over the next 3 months. We'll complete 4 months worth each workshop at a cost of $12.00 per workshop. The 9x9 shadow box frame can be found at IKEA for $8.99 and comes in off-white or black. If you'd like me to pick one up for you, just let me know.
We'll begin our calendar with July, August, September and October so you can start using it right away. First workshop will be held on these dates: Wednesday, June 24 from 9:30-noon and Thursday, June 25 from 7-9 p.m. Second workshop for November-February will be on Wednesday, July 29 from 9:30-noon and Thursday, July 30 from 7-9 p.m. Third and final workshop will be on Wednesday, August 26 from 9:30-noon and Thursday, August 27 from 7-9 p.m. Space will be limited due to completion of projects so please call me at 801-942-3645 or email me at jillm@myctmh.com asap!
